I got your message that your are not receiving the email to reset your password. The forum is sending the reset email but your email provider is rejecting it saying that there is an SMTP error:
550-Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
550-invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record
I set your forum password to a temporary password and then I tried manually emailing it to you but your email provider returned the same error message.
Once you get your email account fixed, try resetting your password again.
