My name is Anotekh the Bard and I seek the Golden Harp of Illumor. I step lightly into the dungeon's first floor, armed with only a dagger and my voice...I see..
Corridor turns left.
A corridor turning immediately to the left, and then...
Continues straight.
it continues that way...
Side passage on left corridor continues.
I ignore the passage--my priority is to get deeper into the dungeon.
Continues straight.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
I stride confidently down the corridor...
Stairs on right side Corridor continues.
Stairs! I decide not to go down them yet.
Corridor dead-ends at a door.
A door! I open it.
Corridor turns left.
Corridor comes to a T.
A t-joint, I head south.
Continues straight.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
Stairs Corridor ends.
I turn around, and return to the north end of the T-joint...
Corridor turns right 45 degrees.
A right turn, which I follow...
Stairs Corridor ends.
I still am not ready to descend, without finding some better armament...I wander around to a passage from several turns ago...
Side passage on left corridor continues.
I decide to keep going along this corridor rather than turning.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
A left turn...
Stairs Corridor ends.
Deciding not to explore them just yet, I double back to the passage I just found.
Corridor turns right 45 degrees.
Attacked by NPC.
I am ambushed by--

I manage to catch her off guard and I drive my dagger towards her chest, trying to find a weak link in her chain-mail armor.

It skids off the metal rings and she brings her cutlass up to counter-attack!

I duck her wild swing and lash out again!
1 = +0 +0 +1 +0
A second time, the chainmail foils my efforts, leaving me vulnerable to her next attack...
3 = +1 +1 +0 +1
..which slices into my side; my breath escapes me in a hiss of pain, but I fight through it long enough to thrust at her chest again...

Again, I fail to wound her, and she counter-attacks again!

Another painful injury, slicing across the outer edge of my right arm!

I thrust back but her armor deflects the questing tip of my dagger. She clubs at me with the basket hilt of her cutlass...

...and this time I dodge easily, taking advantage of the opening to aim for her shoulder and jab my dagger forward.

Her armor stops my blow again--barely. She swings her sword in a backhand slash...

...but I leap back out of the way, quickly resuming an aggressive stance.

...but she parries my next attack, performing a skillful riposte...

...which rips my sleeve but not the flesh beneath.

I probe forward for her chest again...but fail to hurt her.

I deflect the next swing and lash out with my fist as our blades lock.

She sways to the right deftly, weaving aside from my attack.
2 = +1 +0 +0 +1
I get scratched by the tip of her cutlass--I can't hold her off much longer...

...my next attack is just as ineffective as the others...

...but so far she's unable to press her advantage home as I parry her next blow.

With a quick snap of my wrist, I lash out for her neck, but she dodges again and kicks out at my knee...

...but I step aside quickly, throwing a punch.
2 = +1 +0 +0 +1
...that she allows to glance off her upper arm, inflicting little harm before she swings her cutlass...
3 = +0 +1 +1 +1
The cutlass slices into my side and I yell as she pulls it free, spattering blood on my worn clothing. I decide to make a run for it, but she follows, aiming a blow at my back...

...but I'm already around the corner and I lose her. I pant, catching my breath as I patch my wounds several halls away.
What action do you want take now?
I head for the staircase that branches off from the passage I met her in--time to find this harp!

I find nothing of immediate interest upon entering the next level down...
Stairs on left side Corridor continues.
I'm definitely not ready to go deeper without better equipment! I head further into the dungeon...
Corridor comes to a T.
A T-junction. I head right.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
Corridor splits at a Y.
Another branch--I head left this time.
Four-way intersection.
I turn left again...
Continues straight.
Corridor turns right 45 degrees.
Corridor dead-ends at a door.
And a door! It's too much to hope that the harp lies within...but I open it!
Corridor straight ahead.
It really was too much to hope. I sigh and plod onwards.
Corridor splits at a Y.
I go right...
Corridor comes to a T.
And there's a T-joint.
Corridor emerges into chamber no door.
Heading right, I enter a chamber...
Cavern large roughly 45 to 60 ft across.
It's a huge cavern, about 45 or 60 feet across...
I check for other exits.
-2 = +1 -1 -1 -1
There's only the exit I entered through. I double back to the T-joint and head straight across.
Door on right side corridor continues.
I decide to open the door.
Corridor turns left.
A left-turning corridor...making it parallel to the hall I just came from.
Stairs on right side Corridor continues.
I keep going down the corridor...my wounds ache...
Corridor splits at a Y.
I head right, to find...
Corridor dead-ends at a door.
...a door! I open it.
Parallel corridor extending in each direction.
A corridor that proceeds in either direction....I head left.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
I note that it dips here, I must be going beneath one of the passages from above.
Corridor turns left 45 degrees.
Another left turn so I'm going in the opposite direction from where I started.
Continues straight.
Door on left side corridor continues.
A door on the left, which I enter...
Room.
An actual room! What's inside...?
Odd shape medium roughly 30 to 40 ft across.
An oddly shaped hollow about 30 feet across. Interesting.
I check for exits...

There's only the door I entered through. I turn around, it's creepy in here because of how cold the stone is and how dark it is...shivering, I return to the hall and continue...

I head right.
Door on right side corridor continues.
I open the door...
Corridor straight ahead.
Another corridor. I step along it.

I turn left.
Corridor splits at a Y.
I double back, going right instead.
Stairs on left side Corridor continues.
More stairs. I continue.

A carpenter--his hammer is slow but I can probably take him down if I strike first...

Nope, he turns in time for it to skid off his leather apron. Snarling, his hammer comes down...

...and knocks me out cold.
