Multiple users for different saves?

I wanted to ask this before I did it, seeing as I dont want to be banned and lose all my progress. But I recently started a Star Wars Sandbox RPG that I have posted in the play reports. However, I'd also like to do a 40K sandbox RPG also. Would this be possible if I created a separate account for this?
