Hi! Been playing for a couple hours now and the interface kinda hung up on me when I last pushed a "question (50/50)" button. Don't know if it helps. Maybe the thread got a bit long so I thought I'd better post it so it doesn't get lost or anything. This is A LOT OF FUN!! I have to say. THANK YOU!

The setting is atlantis mechanized planet involving misdirecting leader and tricky alliance. Your quest is to survive the cold water located at the sacrificial orphanage. Trying to stop you is the elegant clergy skilled in ship handling. You are currently at the alien correctional system. What is your yes/no question?

Do I see anybody?

Soul-ar power?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 2) No

They get angry at times?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

it'S actually in space?

Does he believe me?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 7) Yes, but...

Guide / Emotions.

I tell him all about what I just read: About the elegant guide and ...

Wait a minute "elegant" - he's part of the clergy. Some spiritual guide. I should really find out why I wanted to find stuff out about him.

I figure I found out something about him and got suspicious?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

... and then I found out he might be an ex-con?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

... and then I found out they "sacrificed" the orphans?

(Sure Thing | 10) Yes, and...

... and that it was during mass and had to do with "technical failures"?

(Sure Thing | 8) Yes +Twist: NPC / Appears

Confident bar fly.

I tell the judge about what happened and I'm all emotional and stuff.

Some drunk guy passes by. Does he greet the judge?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

So some comic relief I guess - I tell the judge about what happened. A bit incoherently because I'm so angry and sad about what I've found out.
Then some drunk guy drives by and is all like: "Hey wassup judge!??" Smile))

New scene then (this is really fun! I've been waiting for something like this for ages - probably without even knowing; It doesn't have the limitations of an "make your own adventure" book or even of a computer game. That's so good!)

Wealthy vehicle.

Is it the judge's vehicle?

(Somewhat Likely | 8) Yes

Edit: Maybe it's a new character? A second PC maybe?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

Man, I'll go for it anywhay:

Guard the tricky neutral ground.

The women are fighting?

(Somewhat Likely | 4) No, but...

He has to mediate?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

A short scene where we see a cleric in his elegant vehicle sitting between two women who seem to be his relatives, mediating between the two. Seems to be a cut-scene. Hopefully we'll find out more later.

Cold afterlife.

Flexible immortal.

Reject the theatrical prisoner.

We see here one immortal who is denied "cold afterlife" - yet again.

"Please, can't I just come in?"

(Almost Impossible | 3) No

"Man, like: Pleeaassee?"

(Almost Impossible | 1) No, and... +Twist: Physical event / Hinders the hero

(Likely | 3) No

Really?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes

Is the person in fact female?

(50/50 | 3) No

An acrobat?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes

The stadium is a circus then?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

Like a Roman circus?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 8) Yes

The ancient civilization theme coming up here again -
(searched wikipedia - again if I may add): Some kind of Minoan religious bull rider?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 9) Yes

Okay. They'll take him away I guess?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

They accidentally drop him?

(Very Unlikely | 3) No

Phew. Good for him. So what happens?

Assist / Investment.

His manager helps him?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and...

He makes sure his "investment" aka the acrobat is in good condition?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Praise / Liberty.

He praises liberty?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

He was a slave and now he's free?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

It didn't happen just now?

(Somewhat Likely | 1) No, and...

Did he just become free?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

Because he was dead?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

Now that's astonishing!

So was he free before he became a slave?

(Somewhat Likely | 9) Yes

Do they pray now?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes

Does everybody pray?

(50/50 | 8) Yes +Twist: Organization / Helps the hero

The clergy?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

They want something in return?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes

They make it look as if they did all the work?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

They were the ones who revived him?

(Somewhat Likely | 8) Yes

So people get revived all the time?

(Somewhat Likely | 4) No, but...

In rare cases?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

It's a miracle?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes

But it was actually because he's immortal?

(Likely | 3) No

Okay. It's a miracle - they revived him. And it actually was them who did it?

(Likely | 7) Yes

But now they'll go and tell everybody to get all the fame?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

They still want something else from him?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

Now he's actually immortal?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

Clear the wealthy underground pariahs.

Recruit.

So wealthy underground pariahs who could be cleared: Maybe Some of the clerics involved in the "orphanage incident" hid and could now be cleared of their charges by some "recruit", who emotionally vowed to help them, because they just saved his life?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No

Did the acrobat emotionally vow to help?

(Somewhat Likely | 8) Yes

Are the pariahs involved in the "orphanage incident"?

(50/50 | 2) No

Are they part of the clergy at all?

(50/50 | 3) No

Slaves?

(50/50 | 4) No

Machines?

(50/50 | 4) No

A caste?

(50/50 | 4) No

Who are the wealthy underground pariahs?

Haggle / Trials.

Success.

Defiant horseman.

Is Larry in his Limo one of those wealthy pariahs?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes

Horseman = cowboy?

(50/50 | 4) No

Centaurs?

(Unlikely | 4) No

Knights?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 10) Yes, and...

Metaphorically?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

Trials of the Knights Templar (Wiki)?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

Jedi Trials?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

Something along those lines?

(Somewhat Likely | 2) No +Twist: NPC / Appears

Enduring kingpin.

So it's about the mob?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

They're clergy too?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 2) No

But some sort of knightly order?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

And they haggle?

(50/50 | 4) No

Someone tried to haggle with the mob?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Now he's in trouble?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

They are after him?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

Oh, the goal changed: What happened?

Humiliate the fantasy natural disaster.

But why did he vow to clear the underground pariahs who are in fact somewhat like the mafia? He doesn't they are, right?

(Somewhat Likely | 4) No, but...

He owes them?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

He actually likes them?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

He's one of them?

(Likely | 7) Yes

But what does it have to do with him being revived? Does it have to do with it at all?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 4) No +Twist: Organization / Helps the hero

Is he the hero?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

They made the clergy revive him?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

Is his manager one of them?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

So he's sponsored by mob money?

(Sure Thing | 9) Yes

Kay, that was a tough one.

So the fantasy natural disaster is a person?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

I though maybe the sandstorm thing in "The Mummy"?

(50/50 | 4) No

So he's like "a natural disaster"?

(Likely | 4) No

Is he like a wrestler?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 2) No

Who he?

Hypochondriac aristocrat.

Why is he "the fantasy natural disaster"?

Truce / War.

It'S like - a weapon?

(Somewhat Likely | 2) No

The war is the disaster?

(Likely | 4) No +Twist: NPC / Appears

Deceitful banker.

It made everybody poor, because of the banks?

(Somewhat Likely | 4) No, but...

The truce is the deceit?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

It was because of money?

(Likely | 9) Yes

And that was disastrous?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Cataclysm?

(Somewhat Likely | 4) No, but...

Close to it?

(Likely | 4) No

A rift?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes

And stuff came through - like demons?

(Unlikely | 3) No

Aliens?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No

Energy?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

How did the truce cause a rift?

Celebrate / Trials.

Oh that kind of trial? With judges and stuff?

(Sure Thing | 6) Yes, but...

Oh the public already knows?

(Very Likely | 4) No

So they get cosmic energy through rifts?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

And when nobody noticed it went all wrong and damaged stuff like big scale?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

The damage happened when they opened a rift because of the trials?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

They wanted to make them set them free again?

(Likely | 4) No

To punish them?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Physical event / Hinders the hero

That caused the miracle?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

And now he wants to humiliate the Hypochondriac aristocrat who caused the rift that caused the miracle?

(Very Unlikely | 1) No, and...

*hypochondriac
It's not his goal in fact?

(Sure Thing | 10) Yes, and...

He actually wants to help the poor sick aristocrat they are trying to humiliate but the hinder him physicall?

(Sure Thing | 6) Yes, but...

It's because he's kinda sick and all?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

It's not happening here?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

They can see it like on a big screen?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes

The radio?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes +Twist: PC / Alters the location

Good - he gets revived and it's all like: "It's a miracle". He talks to his manager while they bring him out and vows to rehabilitate the guys who gave him money, now that he's free. Those guys happen to be part some mafia like organization which is a bit like the Knight Templars or the Jedi.

We also get to know that there was some kind of "accident" during the trials when a rift opened and the energy that came through that rift caused some kind of disaster.

I also thought: Jedi - Mafia - Black Sun. Does it have to do with energy they get through black holes (= black sun)?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

You can travel through black holes (rifts)?

(50/50 | 4) No

"Event horizon"?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

(Oh by the way I though of "fantasy natural disaster" = rift because of the old forgotten realms.)

... and what?

Communicate / Opposition.

They also communicate through black holes? With relays on both ("opposing") sides?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes

So they brought him out while the poor, sick old man was on the radio - where are we now?

Bright government office.

Makes sense - is it the first guy again?

(Sure Thing | 10) Yes, and...

The judge?

(Sure Thing | 10) Yes, and...

Some government official?

(Sure Thing | 2) No

The clergy?

(50/50 | 3) No +Twist: Physical event / Hinders the hero

What is it?

Vengeance / Stalemate.

Someone points a weapon at our heroat point blank?

(50/50 | 7) Yes

Is it the rioters?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

The drunk guy?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

he's not really drunk?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Is he in fact Larry the mobster?

(50/50 | 3) No +Twist: NPC / Appears

Enduring child.

One of the orphans?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes

Does the guy with the gun try to take the orphan as a hostage?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Impulsive scribe.

Some secretary who wants to help the child?

(Sure Thing | 9) Yes

And he wants to get back at our hero?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

Haggle / Weapons.

He tries to talk him out of his gun. Is he good at it?

(50/50 | 3) No

Is he in fact bad at it?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

His corresponding attribute isn't that high either?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

Some kind of a cliffhanger here. Kinda like the fast cuts - still wanna know: d4?

(50/50 | 2) No

And the other one?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

Kay, so it's:

9 = 1+1+4+1+2

Well, that would actually have been enough Wink But we'll see ...

New scene:

Enduring crash site.

Interesting.

Intelligent local legend.

Edit: No NPC yet.

Is "Enduring" the name of the ship?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

It - in fact - crashed?

(Sure Thing | 8) Yes

Any survivors?

(50/50 | 7) Yes +Twist: PC / Alters the location

Mobile morgue.

Okay, wanna know how's it going on, so I'll try and get the interface going again.

Thank you for sharing Nialios, this was a fun read. I am very glad you are enjoying using the app.

I am sorry the buttons hung. It happened to me once when I was using it over wifi. I think it's related to a connectivity hick-up. I will add a fix so that it should self-recover from that kind of thing.

The length of the story doesn't matter but I would do an occasional save just in the event of a computer or browser problem.

Mobile morgue.

Makes sense.

Are there any people here who are not dead?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes

Sloppy aristocrat.

They're all aristocrats as it seems. Interesting. So sloppy he is - a not too clean morgue then, eh? (eww!)

Anybody else?

(Somewhat Likely | 2) No

So what's going on here?

Lose the clear political group.

Intolerance / Trials.

Does the aristocrat lose said group?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No

Is it about radio communication?

(50/50 | 1) No, and... +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

So the dead are all from the "clear political group" aka "the good guys"?

(Likely | 5) No, but...

They call themselves that?

(Likely | 6) Yes, but...

They weren't?

(Likely | 7) Yes

So apparently we lost a whole political group that wasn't as "clear" as they said. "Intolerance / Trials" Maybe some kind of "Spanish Inquisition"?

(Likely | 8) Yes

So what's the item that ends the scene?

Inquire / The public.

Item: Inquire / The public and Spanish Inquisition - what id they use to "inquire" the public? The comfy chair!!! (No, jk) - it's an instrument of torture!!! *dududunnn* Maybe it's their symbol? Let's say one of the "inmates" wears a uniform with a logo that says "Inquision of the clear sky" or something like that and the guy mentions to himself that all members of that "party" are "living on a farm" now, where "they can play with other inquisitors".

New scene:

Enduring government office.

Back at the government office. Is he still pointing that gun at our hero?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Our hero now tries to talk him into handing over his gun. He's obviously not good at it but we've already seen he'd succeed (using cinematic RPG rules here).

"Would you give me your gun, please?" "Well - okay then ..."

Let's find out what this was all about: Vengeance, yes - but why?

Recover the tough crash site.

So he thinks he has something to do with the crash of the "Endurance" - but is he right?

(Very Unlikely | 3) No

Did he mistaken him for someone else?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

Did he in fact think it was him?

(50/50 | 7) Yes

Not the judge?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and...

So both?

(Likely | 7) Yes +Twist: PC / Alters the location

Clear auction.

They auction off stuff from the inquision?

(Sure Thing | 10) Yes, and...

*inquisition

Organs?

(Very Unlikely | 1) No, and...

that would have been disgusting?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Our hero has a look at the items?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

Anything interesting?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Would be interesting if it was the very item that ended the scene in the morgue!

(Sure Thing | 8) Yes

Maybe a "say the truth" device?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

The wiktionary article mentions some device. Maybe it looks like that.

Does he bid on the item?

(Likely | 9) Yes

Will it be expensive?

(50/50 | 8) Yes +Twist: Organization / Helps the hero

Someone provides the money?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

They then own the item themselves?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

Was it the judge?

(Likely | 8) Yes

So we have the McGuffin and examine it - anything special?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but... +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

Oh, btw was it a close call? Did somebody else want the item, too?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Not only one person?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

New goal then:

Blackmail the prophetic lost tribe.

So we have something in our hands we can blackmail the prophetic lost tribe with. Very good.
What's theit part in the game?

Failure / New ideas.

They're a group of heretics whose new ideas were too innovative and the other groups hated on them.

The inquisition had something they could use against them that's now in the hands of our hero.

Would it be easy to find them?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 3) No

DO we have the skills?

(50/50 | 4) No

Are we really bad at it?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

only the skill or attribute?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

the other one's not good either?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

it's the attribute?

(50/50 | 4) No

15 = 1+4+3+3+4

We did quite well actually, little overachievers that we are (bless cinematic roleplaying!)

So after some footwork our hero gets to contact the heretics.

He tries to blackmail them. Does he have the skills?

(Btw: INT:1, Fast talking: d4, Computer use (or whatevs): d4) The item that ended the scene with the gun was - in fact - the gun)

(50/50 | 4) No +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

is he really bad at it?

(50/50 | 3) No

So he doesn't have that "blackmail" skill at all.

13 = 1+1+4+4+3

Well, wouldn't have been that bad actually!

New goal:

Lose the military wilderness.

Didn't work out though, so with the help of the judge we let lose the hounds of war. Search mission for the lost tribe - they are hiding in some kind of wilderness as it seems.

Are they good at it?

(50/50 | 4) No +Twist: PC / Alters the location

Are the heretics good at hiding?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

Now our hero is there too, right?

(Somewhat Likely | 1) No, and...

He's in fact someplace totally else?

(Likely | 6) Yes, but...

He can use his mad heretics finding skills from there?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

He's not really good at it?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Physical event / Hinders the hero

He also gets hindered physically.

I imagined some spy satellite orbiting the planet the heretics hide on. Is that the case?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Now there's a spaceship targeting the satellite with it's guns?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

Our hero has a plan?

(Likely | 6) Yes, but...

He's not too bright?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes

10 = 1+1+4+1+3

Are his opponents good at this stuff?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

they're actually very good at it?

(50/50 | 5) No, but... +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

but quite good. s4?

(50/50 | 3) No

d6 in both?

(50/50 | 4) No

d6 and d8?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

19 = 4+8+2+2+3

they have a bonus?

(Likely | 9) Yes

Okay our hero gets quite emotional about the whole situation - new goal:

Destroy the angry correctional system.

It'S the penal system's fault!

Poor judge won't be too happy.

What group were the guys on the ship from?

Travel / Dreams.

Dream travelers as it seems.

Angry servant.

So, how to destroy the penal system from a spy satellite orbiting another planet?

Neglect / Advice.

Advice given to him?

(50/50 | 9) Yes

By the dream travelers?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes

What did they say?

Travel / Dispute.

So he tries to do it from here?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

he has to mmunicate with his home planet?

(Likely | 8) Yes

*communicate

Is he good at it?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

He has help?

(Likely | 10) Yes, and...

A bonus?

(Likely | 9) Yes

d4?

(50/50 | 3) No

1?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

the bonus, I know - a really big one?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but... +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

The McGuffin! *dundundunnn*

Efficient graveyard.

An automated graveyard. Our hero'S here, too?

(50/50 | 7) Yes

Seduce the prophetic ship.

Is it a ship of the heretics?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

It's sentinent?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes

Good seduction skills?

(50/50 | 5) No, but... +Twist: Organization / Helps the hero

Which one?

Imprison / Weapons.

The rioters?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes

What d6?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

Both?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

14 = 4+1+3+3+3

The ship? Good?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

A bounus?

(50/50 | 8) Yes

d4?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

on both?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

the bonus - d4?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

11 = 1+1+2+3+2+2

Divide / Advice.

Advice is the bunus?

(Somewhat Likely | 9) Yes +Twist: PC / Alters the location

Tough hovel.

The prison rioters talk the sentinent ship of the prophetic lost tribe into working for them.

We are now in a tough hovel.

Explore the stiff time travel.

Glad you liked the story too! Yes, I totally enjoy your app - thank you very much! I actually do use wifi so that might actually be the problem. Wasn't a real problem though and I tried to save every now and then - thanks for the advise! Smile

So, that's all I have time for for now. Hope to be able to play again tomorrow! Smile Some really nice things happened. Seen some really interesting places - all quite grim and dark though; It's really fun!

I added some code that should prevent a hang if there is a connectivity issue when we're on wifi. You might not get your answer back so just ask again.

Oh that's great!! Also nice you liked the *dundundunnn* thing! Big Grin

When I just loaded the story it ended with
"Our hero has a look at the items?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes

Anything interesting?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Would be interesting if it was the very item that ended t"

Don't know if I just forgot to save though as I was rather tired then. Undecided

Good thing I posted it on this thread - I do paste it into a txt file too though - just to be on the safe side Wink

Okay, let's have some fun now then!

Kay taking a little break now. Lot's of interesting stuff going on - also a bit more action than last time.

(...)

(blue) Tough hovel.

The prison rioters talk the sentinent ship of the prophetic lost tribe into working for them.

We are now in a tough hovel.

(blue) Explore the stiff time travel.

Stiff as in dead guy?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No.

Phew. So we find something out about time travel?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

We travel in time ourselves?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 3) No.

There is someone here who has traveled through time?

(Unlikely | 2) No.

The hut is a time travel machine?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes.

Or is it hidden under the hut?

(Likely | 7) Yes.

I think "District 9" Smile

What now?

Purchase the subtle note.

Some proof against s.o.?

(Very Likely | 4) No.

A musical note?

(Unlikely | 4) No.

Okay, let's just buy that thing then - is it expensive?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes.

Do we have the money?

(Unlikely | 8) Yes.

Do we buy it from the ship?

(Somewhat Likely | 2) No.

Is the ship the hovel?

(Likely | 3) No.

From whom then?

Clever mason.

Free Mason?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes. +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

So we buy a "subtle note" from a Free Mason who lives in a hut under which he hides a time machine.

What does the note say?

Transform / Dispute.

Is it a dispute about the transformation of one of the groups?

(50/50 | 10) Yes, and...

Is it about the Templars becoming some sort of mafia?

(50/50 | 8) Yes.

So we found that out noe - new scene:

Healthy camping out.

Murder the charming warehouse.

A shopping spree?

(Likely | 9) Yes.

We buy loads of stuff. Probably equipment?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes.

Breaking & entering.

Lock picks. Anything else?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes.

Riding, horse spec..

Riding animals?

(Likely | 8) Yes.

Anything else?

(Likely | 3) No.

Launch the fateful military.

Is it us?

(Likely | 5) No, but...

The guys in the camp? (Lawrence of Arabia)?

(Somewhat Likely | 9) Yes.

So we give riding animals to the nomads in the camp and send them forth.

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

Is it them whou should use the lock picks?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

*who

us?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Balanced mansion.

it'S a mansion. Are we good at it?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

It is well protected

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

d4?

(50/50 | 3) No.

And the att? d4?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

15 = 4[d4]+1+4[d4]+3[d4]+3[d4]

The mansion: More than a d4?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

not both?

(50/50 | 9) Yes.

d6?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

14 = 2[d4]+6[d6]+2[d4]+3[d4]+1[d4]

Bonus?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

A close call, I get it. So what to do now?

Fight the healthy garbage.

Like the garbage monster in Star Wars?

(50/50 | 3) No.

The garbage itself is the monster?

(Somewhat Likely | 8) Yes.

Is it sentinent?

(Unlikely | 4) No.

Through the sewers?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes.

Eww. Okay, we make our way through the sewers. Do we get caught?

(50/50 | 2) No.

Then into the mansion we got. What now?

Build the famous murder.

Strong rooftop.

Wow and straight to the rooftop. Famous murder - Ceasar?

(50/50 | 2) No.

*Caesar

JFK?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

it's not about anything like that. Undecided A TPK?

(Somewhat Unlikely | 1) No, and...

Triumph / Danger.

We fight the ppl on the roof and get famous?

(Somewhat Likely | 9) Yes.

So no using the combat rules then. We fight and win! (Very cinematic)

Deliver the appealing mysterious energy.

That black hole energy?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

There's something on the roof that transmit the energy?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

We pull the swith and the energy runs! (Yes!)

Trade the mature mob.

*switch

The Templars! A deal?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No.

We tell everybody about them being a mafia?

(Likely | 4) No.

A rift?

(Somewhat Likely | 3) No.

We destroy their secret hideout?

(Likely | 8) Yes.

Okay, let's get out of here!

Malignant hospital.

Oh we got hurt?

(Very Likely | 9) Yes.

To whom does the hospital belong to?

Insane soldier.

Imprison / War.

What group?

Attract / Joy.

Okay, so we're in a hospital in a prisoner's camp. The nomad's enemies I suppose?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

Are we very sick?

(50/50 | 8) Yes.

Still, we have to try to escape: How are our chances? Really bad?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

Someone helps us?

(Very Likely | 5) No, but...

It's still possible. Are we good at it?

(50/50 | 3) No.

Like really bad?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

A malus?

(Likely | 8) Yes.

12 = 1+1+4[d4]+4[d4]+2[d4]

Malus bigger than 3?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

They're not good at it either?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

A bonus?

(50/50 | 4) No.

Style analysis.

They'll find out about how we do it and get a bounus in the future?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

Only once?

(Somewhat Likely | 10) Yes, and...

Not a big one. I get it. Okay then how bad are they? d4?

(50/50 | 2) No.

Both?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

12 = 1+1+3[d4]+3[d4]+4[d4]

So we get caught. Too bad. Undecided Do they punish us?

(Very Likely | 3) No.

Okay we just get caught and they have a bounus when we'll try it again.

8 = 1+1+3[d4]+2[d4]+1[d4]

9 = 1+1+2[d4]+3[d4]+2[d4]

And caught again. It's like Hogan's Heroes, only that we're bad at breaking out. Wink

10 = 1+1+1[d4]+3[d4]+4[d4]

8 = 1+1+3[d4]+1[d4]+2[d4]

Still a malus?

(50/50 | 6) Yes, but...

We still make it?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

*lol* That was funny. Finally escaping from the insane soldier's POW camp we are FREE AT LAST!!!

Wealthy limbo.

A limbo? Maybe a prison for the wealthy?

(Somewhat Likely | 7) Yes.

A real limbo?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

It's non metaphysical whatsoever?

(Likely | 8) Yes. +Twist: Item / Ends the scene

So we escape, just to get into another prison. Only it's better. Is it?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

What Item?

Struggle / Outside.

Hypnosis.

Is it an item we know? Maybe a gun again?

(Very Likely | 7) Yes.

*dundundunn* Whatever happened to the immortal? Is it his turn again?

(50/50 | 4) No.

Larry?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

It's about us?

(Very Likely | 6) Yes, but...

Someone else is here, too?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and... +Twist: Emotional event / Changes the goal

Collect the cold hotel.

From now I'll try the Mythic random event for a while.

So we rob all those wealthy people?

(Likely | 8) Yes.

Are we good at it?

(50/50 | 4) No.

d4?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

13 = 3[d4]+1+1[d4]+4[d4]+4[d4]

Should be fine. he hee Big Grin Can we escape?

(50/50 | 2) No. +Event: Intolerance / Vehicle

Because the vehicle doesn't start?

(Likely | 6) Yes, but...

Then it does?

(Somewhat Likely | 6) Yes.

After some time we can start the vehicle and get away with our loot. Big Grin

Guiding rooftop.

Oh it's some kind of elevator?

(Likely | 4) No.

Top of the spaceship where the guided missile launcher is?

(Somewhat Likely | 5) Yes, but...

It's out of order?

(Likely | 4) No.

Ambush / Stalemate.

We get ambushed and can't really get away. Shoot the missiles, I say!!(Are we good at it?)

(50/50 | 3) No.

d4?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

A malus?

(50/50 | 4) No.

They have abouns?

(Likely | 6) Yes, but...

Not a big one. Are they first? (duh: It's an ambush - so yes, they get to shoot first.)
Are they good?

(50/50 | 8) Yes.

d6?

(50/50 | 7) Yes.

both?

(50/50 | 2) No.

d8?

(50/50 | 3) No.

d10?

(50/50 | 4) No. +Event: Carry / Realities

So it's higher than normal - d12?

(50/50 | 1) No, and...

They got oomph too?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

d20?

(50/50 | 5) No, but...

A malus. A hefty one?

15 = 15[d100]

14 = 6[d6]+16[d100]+2[d4]+3[d4]+2[d4]-15

7 = 1+1+1[d4]+2[d4]+2[d4]

- something - couldn't dodge. How is that even a stalemate? Maybe we have really good shields?

(Very Likely | 10) Yes, and...

It's really fast?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

Okay then - let's get out of here! Do we escape?

(Sure Thing | 4) No.

-4 = 1+2[d100]+2[d4]+2[d4]+4[d4]-15

Oh, it was our turn in fact!

11 = 1+1+1[d4]+4[d4]+4[d4]

Hit em! Now them:

34 = 1+38[d100]+3[d4]+4[d4]+3[d4]-15

That was pretty good! Evasive maneuver!!!

13 = 1+1+4[d4]+3[d4]+4[d4]

Did it! That was close! Now us:

10 = 1+1+3[d4]+2[d4]+3[d4]

I just though that's probably more like a manned turret than a guided missile launcher.
Them (evade) Is their computer as good at evading as it is at shooting?

(50/50 | 3) No.

Is it good?

(50/50 | 2) No.

d4?

(50/50 | 8) Yes.

12 = 1+2[d4]+3[d4]+2[d4]+4[d4]

They made it! Now them:

51 = 4[d6]+56[d100]+1[d4]+4[d4]+1[d4]-15

Us:

10 = 1+1+4[d4]+1[d4]+3[d4]

Do we get away now?

(Very Likely | 8) Yes.

Good they didn't hit us!

Misdirecting resort/spa.

Chilling at sum spa we be livin it large!

Rescue the spiritual illness.
